We love our new Lopi Stove!

We had a local customer contact us and was looking for a new pellet stove to install into their home. They took at look at several different model in the store and decided to go with the Lopi Pioneer Pellet Stove as shown in this photo here. Lopi has been manufacturing stoves for over 20+ years and make a very high quality stove. But instead of us rambling on about the stove that this customer chose, we’ll let the customer tell the story.

“We had a pellet stove that we had purchased about two years ago from a company in Brattleboro, Vermont and soon realized after we had purchased the stove that it wasn’t a high quality stove. We had several noise problems with parts in the stove failing only a few weeks after we had the stove installed into our home. The staff at this store was knowledgeable about the stove, but they didn’t service their products or stand behind what they sold us. When the day came to install the stove the staff from Esersky’s were very professional and laid down tarps to keep our home clean. They measured and cut and did a very neat and clean job of installing the stove. After is was installed, they tested the stove and all of the connections for the piping to make sure that everything was running properly. During the installation process we were surprised at how quiet and courteous they were. They represented the owner’s of Esersky’s very well. They were happy to answer any questions that we had after the install was done. We had a complete package of goodies from the stove including: owner’s manual, maintenance DVD, cleaning brush, and handle to open the stove.

We would recommend the staff at Esersky’s Hardware to any of our friends or family. They by far are the best company in this region to buy a new pellet, gas or wood stove from.”
